About Centres for Health - Camrose Chiropractic Clinic
We have been providing quality chiropractic care and massage therapy to the town of Camrose for over 20 years. We are passionate about holistic health and bringing our services to the community around us.
We strongly believe that health is among our most valuable possessions. While we generally meet people after their health has been compromised, our commitment is three-fold and our approach is simple:
1. Relief Care
People seeking care in our clinic typically have one goal: RELIEF! During this initial stage of intensive care, we have multiple obligations to our patients:
- Determine the underlying (root) cause of the health problem.
- Recommend a treatment program to enable relief from pain and/or symptoms.
- Encourage patients to be actively involved in their recovery.
- Explain the value of post-symptomatic wellness care and prevention.
2. Corrective Care
Corrective care allows one to improve to a higher health status beyond just the removal of symptoms. This can include better spinal alignment and mobility, as well as improved strength and flexibility.
3. Wellness Care
We encourage our patients to achieve the highest levels of health they can. Through educational opportunities (like this website), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing health care. Our desire is to see our practice members abandon the prevailing sickness care model of health (waiting for symptoms and then taking action), in favour of the emerging wellness model.
